     Biryani is a mixed rice dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice, and meat, and sometimes, in addition, eggs and/or vegetables such as potatoes in certain regional varieties. Biryani is popular throughout the Indian subcontinent, as well as among its diaspora.      

     *****Chicken dum biryani********
     Chicken 500 gms
     Red chilies powder 3 tsp
     Turmeric 1/2 tsp
     Jeera 1/2 tsp
     Coriander powder 1 tsp
     Garama masala 1/2 tsp
     Mix well
     Add curd 11/2 cup ( if you want gravy add curd more)
     Lemon 1/2
     Mix well
     Salt 1 tsp
     Rice 2 cups( soak for 1 hr)
     Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
     Star anise 1
     Javathri 2
     Cloves 3
     Cinnamon 2 small
     Marati mugga2
     Black elachi 1
     Elachi 3
     Bay leaf 2
     Saha jeera 1/2 tsp
     Oil 3 tbsp
     Fried onions
     Coriander 1 bunch
     Mint 1 bunch
     Frist 425 preheat
     After 25 we have cook
     Set 400 for 30 mins

     *****Chicken 65 *******
     Chicken 250 gm
     Oil for deep fry
     Red chilies powder 1 1/2 tsp
     Turmeric 1/2 tsp
     Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
     Coriander powder 1 tsp
     Garama masala 1/2 tsp
     Lemon juice
     Salt 1/2 tsp
     Onions 1 ( small pieces)
     Green chilies 3
     Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
     Mint leaves 3
     Curry leaves
     Curd 1 cup
     Lemon juice 5 drops

     *******Chicken ghee roast *********
     Chicken 250 gms
     Red chilies powder 3 tsp
     Garam masala 1 tsp
     Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
     Coriander powder 1 tsp
     Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
     Lemon juice 3-5 drops
     Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
     Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
     Ghee 4 tbsp

     ******Chicken curry ********
     Chicken curry 300 gm
     Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
     Onions 1
     Green chilies 2
     Red chilies powder 2 tsp
     Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
     Saha jeera 1/2 tsp
     Cash nuts 10
     Salt 1/2 tsp
     Tomato 1 small
     Coriander leaves
     Mint leaves
     Garam masala 1/2 tsp
